Nowadays, we realize that all things in our life have involves with technology instrument to make the thing better and more conducive. Human Resource Information System is a part of technology that we can apply it in our organization and it can make our company more productivity and comprehensive. Technology can achieve more than our traditional method and its will beyond and more effective. In our organization, when we use this Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Model in our working environment, it will help company to achieve the organizational goal effective and efficient. This Human Resource Information System model can made up more benefits to the company and it can be like a great investment to the organization for the future. In this chapter, I have learnt about the introduction of HRIS and it’s important to our organization. I learn how the system concept by use technology, application, development and management in HRIS model will function in the organization. This chapter also, I have learn more about Information System, their function, their component, activities, resource, and others. At the early, I worried that I couldn’t understand this subject because of this subject are more to the technology study and now, I can understand even little but it can help by focus in lecture and tutorial. In this chapter, we have to know the function of HRIS well because it’s very important to student understand for next chapter.
